About me
I’m a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (Member of UKCP) and a Counselling Psychologist in training.
Born and raised in China, I initially trained and worked in Accounting and Finance before transitioning to Psychology. As a recovering academic, I also picked up a Master’s degree in Psychology in Fashion along the way.
My clinical experience spans the NHS, charity, and private sectors, where I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges.
My approach to therapy is fundamentally relational, integrating the depth of psychodynamic understanding, including unconscious processes, with a diverse range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioural, narrative, somatic, experiential, and mindfulness-based approaches. The aim is to facilitate lasting change by addressing not only individual aspects, but the entirety of who you are—unique and whole.
