Nothing is taboo.

I provide a compassionate space where your thoughts, feelings, desires and fears are to be explored freely and confidentially.

Hello,

I understand how daunting it can be to take the first step toward therapy. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to open up about your thoughts, feelings, or experiences. But having someone to truly listen and walk alongside you can make a world of difference. Together, we can create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.

About me

I’m a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (Member of UKCP) and a Counselling Psychologist in training.

Born and raised in China, I initially trained and worked in Accounting and Finance before transitioning to Psychology. As a recovering academic, I also picked up a Master’s degree in Psychology in Fashion along the way.

My clinical experience spans the NHS, charity, and private sectors, where I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges.

My approach to therapy is fundamentally relational, integrating the depth of psychodynamic understanding, including unconscious processes, with a diverse range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioural, narrative, somatic, experiential, and mindfulness-based approaches. The aim is to facilitate lasting change by addressing not only individual aspects, but the entirety of who you are—unique and whole.

While I don’t focus on diagnostic labels, I have supported clients living with the impact of:

  • Trauma, Stress, Anxiety & Low-mood

  • Identity & Self-esteem Issues

  • Life changes

  • Relationship difficulties & Intimacy Issues.

  • Loss

  • Racial & Multicultural Issues

  • Physical Health Issues

  • Pregnant and Pregnancy Loss

  • Body Image & Eating Related Issues

  • Employment Related Issues

  • Creativity Blocks
